3) Are you satisfied with your property’s value compared to the neighborhood?
4) Have we gained any new amenities, or have we lost the ones we once had?
5) Do you desire change, or are you comfortable with things as they are?
Based on your answers, ask yourself:
Do you want to continue electing the same people who have been contesting for the past 15 years, or is it time for a change that will lead to real improvement?
