EC member STFOWA (2022-2024), Ex. DEE, Hosing Board (Rtd.). Served for Society for 2 years as EC Member and handled below ones:
- Laying of pipe line to supply water from overhead tank to Masjid , Church and temple with specialist plumbers and successfully completed water supply to them.
- With pursuation of Housing Board EE Rambabu ,the wall dismantled at STP was re-constructed , And the encroachment of the earthen road towards STP by Municipal commissioner who wants to show it as a main road for the Galaxy towers, was successfully stopped.
- Name boards of our Township were constructed with the amount announced to chartered engineers towards execution of roof top leakage works.( demanded Rs 8 lakhs). From HB engineers forum myself and Sri Bhaskar volunteerly executed the work (instead of payment, we requested EC to provide name boards).
- Solar power ground works like identifying of suitable land / site, marking, jungle clearance, construction of compound wall, and establishment of solar panels.
- Worked with Housing Board in getting approval for Temporary shops land of 1300 sq .yards with no leasing charges,by overcoming all hurdles artificial breakages ,finally successful.
- Borewells restoration work initiated and completed by me which were not working since a decade
- Presently working to get approval for permanent shopping complex at AB 36, which is almost getting approved.
- Working on getting gated community, the necessary documents collected to show our Township is gated community and submitted to HMDA, along with HB officials
- As the present STP system is nearing failure and there is a huge expenditure of Rs 2Cr incurred for maintenance so far.
- Along with other HB engineers submitted some proposals to provide STP/ taken sewerage to external drainage lines so that the maintenance expenditure comes down to Zero and this is also being pursued by me
