Avoid involving any government entity in Sanskruti Township. Government bodies typically do not provide exclusive benefits to a specific group or society within their jurisdiction or municipality. If a government entity undertakes a project, such as constructing a small shop or similar facility, it will likely be open to the general public. This could create a conflict with the goal of acquiring gated community status, as the municipality would not invest resources solely for our benefit.
Eventually, such facilities would be accessible to everyone, which might hinder our efforts to establish a gated community. On the positive side, if we aim to achieve a gated setup, either the housing board could provide temporary shops, or STOWFA could arrange them.
