Once again it is imperative on us to recognise our responsibility as diligent voters of the township and exercise our franchise. Voting this time dare not be taken as a frivolous, casual and mundane job.
Have we not endured enough at the hands of the self-proclaimed leaders who have never given a thought to the overall development of the Township? The manner in which the various Presidents and their teams have “served” this pristine Township has landed the Township in utter financial mess.
It is only in the present term which is due to end soon that quite a bit of the irregularities have somewhat been rectified thanks to the unstinted efforts of a handful of the team members who are not only true and sincere but have also shouldered their responsibilities with utmost self sacrifice. In this Township, mind you, the people managing the affairs are doing so of their own free will. They do not derive any remuneration. If the entire team had been so sincere, without ulterior motives or vested interests
the Township would have seen a much much better result in the last two years. Unfortunately, for over more than a decade our Township had been nothing but a sorrowful reminder of all that we were proud of – its beauty, its gated community status, land erosion by the mafia builders, financial irregularities, maladministration, favouritism and inability to ensure financial discipline. All this as also the fact that we could not even get the basic amenities which had been promised to us when we purchased our flats with our hard-earned money.
We must realize all that has taken place in the past which has robbed us the pleasure of being in a peaceful surrounding enjoying the amenities we rightfully deserve. It is at this hour that we must unite for a greater cause and cast our vote with due diligence.

If you really wish for the Township to prosper and grow in the right direction, if you wish to be a responsible citizen and wish for a peaceful life for your family and the children of this Township, please do not hesitate to cast your invaluable vote for this refreshingly new panel who are all stalwarts in their respective fields and who wholeheartedly want to give their best for you and the Township, who have no vested interest whatsoever except to bring back the glory of the Township.
